Your Orange Heart

I’m fascinated with the orange heart of you,

Round and hard and soft all at once,

Could it be possible to take my finger,

Drawing a line from your neck pulse point down,

Down to your clit.

I’m fascinated with the whole heart of you,

The heart that talks to me at night,

The heart that plays the good-witch, bad-witch game,

The heart that is opening like some fruit that I will sink my teeth into.

I’m fascinated with the whole heart of you,

And in saying this we both look askew and askance,

We both are limping baby birds,

Carefully avoiding any direct gazes at crushes,

At one another.

I’m fascinated with the whole heart of you,

If you knew I was writing these words,

(Writing down my feelings),

You would take your bird-y beak and round-hard-soft heart,

And clip-clop away on sad claws.
